Congrats on a great find. G3's are cool little boats. Very classy motor as well. 1957 was the first year of the 6 cyl merc. Very cool combo. Welcome to the G3 world. I have one that I will repower soon. I want to be ready if we have a G3 get together this summer. Keep us updated on the redo, we just love pictures around here!

Picked up the boat yesterday and now awaiting 'spring wx.'

It is in amazing condition for an original. The original tonneau covers are in super shape. Still to be delivered are two brass props and the original boat cover. Hope to join you G-3 folks by this summer!
