    Hi Guys, I'm back. My 55 Skagit is now completely gutted and sanded. I am moving onto adding marine ply to the transom to be able to hold the new four stroke's. The current transom is just fine, thank God it passed the probe test. I will be posting pictures. Thanks for your advice and direction Marty. You were right, I can do it myself.

    I have a question. The navigation light lenses need to be replaced, any suggestions?

    I am not sure if Perko is still making the older style or not. I know they did.
    I know Marty is getting ready to start liquidating some of his stock, might ask him if he has that light.

    And, Yes, you can do this with the help of people that have been there, done that
