Unfortunately that looks like the wood is beyond repairable. If it were me, I would carefully remove the panels and replace with fresh mahogany. Especially being on the outside of the cabin. You're really gonna be disappointed if you "cheat" there and it starts coming apart again after only a summer...

Or totally replace the existing planks (looks like plywood in the photo). In the photos they look pretty well weathered. Just my 2 cents worth.
The solid wood frame in the last photo can probably be removed and refinished.

Used to be Chrysler Pete in Bellingham, but figure Pete is probably long gone. Don't know who to suggest for Chrysler marine parts any more?
Was looking though the Boat Show Edition of 1958 Sea Magazine and found a two page ad for SafetiCraft. Will try to remind myself to scan that and post it here. Thinking maybe the pages are bigger than my scanner.....? Will see...
