Unfortunately that looks like the wood is beyond repairable. If it were me, I would carefully remove the panels and replace with fresh mahogany. Especially being on the outside of the cabin. You're really gonna be disappointed if you "cheat" there and it starts coming apart again after only a summer...

Or totally replace the existing planks (looks like plywood in the photo). In the photos they look pretty well weathered. Just my 2 cents worth.
The solid wood frame in the last photo can probably be removed and refinished.

Best glue
Best method for filling any seams and smoothing out any imperfections
Go back with original canvas and oil based paint or another method.?Comment
