Anybody know who built the boat in front? Its not for sale but I believe it resides somewhere in Portland area since the picture was taken in the past probably at Schooner Creek.

Jay Craft Boats
Here's what some of the Jay Craft models looked like in 1958, which is about when the Portland boat was built. (Also attached is a photo of Vern Jacobsen, taken in the late 1940's when he was working on a lapstrake boat. Vern and two of his uncles, Marv and Arnold Jacobsen, built wooden boats for about 40 years, operating out of an old building at the Arlington Airport.)
Personally, I'd guess that the Portland boat is fiberglass rather than wood.
