That would be a unique boat when finished. You really don't see any of these still in use as they weren't really considered "worth saving" in through the 80's and 90's (most were chopped up and parted out when they started to rot away)...
Hopefully someone can take on the restoration of this gem, I would love to have a boat like this (oh wait, I have a boat exactly like this but made entirely of fiberglass:HandHorn1...Brian Flaherty

Cured?

The Fourth Stage of old-boat addiction involves wild hallucinations, during which you fantasize that you're "cured."
Congrats. I think you've arrived at Stage Four, Chuck.

Stage Five ? ....No Way !
Marty,You might be right about Stage Five for yourself and others, but if you keep pouring $$ into only one boat and the appearance keep changing a little bit each year, that is cheaper than another boat...I think ? I blame this on that guy wife that goes out of town all the time and then he starts listing temptations of real nice boats from CL. She must be in town now as there has not been any listings to speak of....Hummmm. BD are you out there ? Best,Chuck1957 17' Skagit Express Cruiser
