A friend of mine went to see the 17 Skagit Express today and it is in relatively good condition with some soft spots on transom. Says the seller is pleasant to deal with. My friend went more out of curiosity than as a buyer so he never got to the point of figuring out if $800 was for everything. I'm told the 17 has a better trailer under it than the one in the picture. Glass in upper windshield is intact. Side tanks in 17 have been removed.
