Skagit 14 Sportster.

At one time we had a Member in our group Chuck Carrey (RIP) that came up with the 10 step program for No More Boats.
I confused that for NEED More Boats so I have the sickness.
I think I might have scored a Skagit 14 Sportster. It does not have a windshield, but I happen to have one for it.
It would make a Great little Lake fishing boat down here in all the lakes in Oregon that we have.
I have also seen these old girls out in the Puget Sound and Straights so I know they are pretty seaworth boats.
Darn thing is Red and White like my 20 foot 1959 Skagit Offshore so matching boats I guess

As soon as I get some, I will share.
I was just thinking, I have a motor I could use on it (older Johnson 40 that would make it Dance) and just about all I need to get it in the lake.
I had my Blue Sportster that I had to leave up in Washington that will probible rot were its setting so gave up on that and kept looking for a good little lake boat. I even have the top bows to make up a nice top for it as I don't do wet and cold real well any longer.
