I bought one once. Cost me a couple of grand for a total basket case. I had Marty replace the stringers, floor and transom. They all have bad stringers and bad transoms. Marty also patched FG and put a base coat over the whole thing so it was ready for paint.
Ended up selling it for break even cost (which was a lot), because I really needed the money. The guy shipped it back to Illinois on top of the hefty price.
jet Flights are exceedingly cool boats in my opinion. If I could ever find one again I would certainly buy it, but they are ultra-rare and they sell very fast if they ever come up.
