Sea-Pitch...?

Okay, I'll be the first to bite: What is a Sea-Pitch, and is it made by Perko (vs Perco?)

If Perko, my wild guess would be an inclinometer that tells the angle you're heeling over (as it "pitch," or angle), but I guess we'll have to see photos.
