Here are a couple pics of my rebuild of my port engine. The Starboard was already done at a shop in Port Townsend. Luckily this motor is a 1987 vintage and was in very good condition with the exception of the timing chain cover which was totally rusted out. It still had a hone on the cyl. walls and the bearings still had the break-in coating on them. I am replacing the fiber timing gear with an aluminum one just to be on the safe side.
