Does any one know what the Michigan numbers are in relation to the prop pitch?
I have one NOS in the box, PS 71 and it is a 12 pitch. I have PS 73, PS 74, and PS 76 and would like to know for sure what pitch these are.
I have a few props that are worn at the fwd end, the two slots are just about gone at this end while the aft end at the shear pin seems to good. I was looking at the brass hub and it seems rather thick at the fwd end. I'm thinking of experimenting with one of these. Thought I'd chuck it up in lathe and bore the aft end for an interference fit bushing.
