I seen that and Yes, the manual has allot to desire. Not enough images to tell you what your getting into...

I hate manuals that put the warnings Below so if you don't read though the whole manual (like my first automatic transmission I went though, opened the valve body and all these Different size balls fell out and rolled away).

Yep I hate that, how many times have we done that!

Tim, I have one more lower to finish and then need to go into the very first one I put together as I now have a good gearcase for it. Then it's on to assembling another powerhead. When the weather gets better I have the first Bearcat to test on the water. I'm staying busy. Have you been working on McSon's engine?

No, I haven't done much to his motor, his boat has had to take a back seat to our remodel project so not much point in getting his engine ready. I'll be doing it this summer tho, so it will be ready to go on the boat when we do it this winter.

I didn't even touch up the paint on mine this winter like I planned to, I'll just have to run it this season with it looking used.
