Well if the weather appears dry Saturday morning Declan will probably come with us but if it turns bad (weather or Declan's mood) we will probably have to end our day early. I don't want to risk having a 2 yr old that doesn't like the boat...

I will be there unless it is pouring rain. I really enjoy looking at the floating homes. I took the boat out for a good run on the sloughs last weekend. I tested out my emergency get home 4 hp kicker. It will push the boat at hull speed no problem. It is a good feeling to know that you will always get back to where you started from if the main motor should quit. Greg--maybe if it starts raining hard you can tow me and I can come aboard your boat and get dry. Lowell1956 Enduracraft Monterey

Thanks for the radio Chuck...er...Bob or Bill?!? Funny guy! I'll get it back to you as soon as I can
It was nice to put faces to the names today. My family and I had a great time, regardless of how soaked we got! I had a portable heater and the cabin kept them dry during the worst of it today.
Brian, hopefully your head cleared after lunch
You guys all have nice boats for sure!

Kelly, It was nice to meet you and your family ( just hang onto the VHF until we see you another time ) as well as seeing Jim Brooks, Bruce & Toby, Dave ( DMCI) and Brian at Ivars as we were leaving. Thanks to GregJ for letting me bum a ride with him. It was not the best of condition, but it was still a fun day anyway. Anyone want to set up another event somewhere this Spring or Summer as we really don't have anything on the calendar .1957 17' Skagit Express Cruiser

Bruce and Toby, Respect to you guys! If anyone has gills and web feet around here, it's gotta be the two of you!
Chuck copy on the radio..it will be safe and sound inside the house.
I need to formulate a float plan for the South Sound area...
Now over to the picture thread that Dave started!
