Joe and Amanda thanks for putting on one great event ! Sheila & I both don't see how you can out do yourselves next year. And yes now you know i do have a wife. lol ! Btw i did pass my USCG inspection ( i knew i would as i have more than what they ask for ) by Kathy Mason and she did like my sock for the documents. Now the only problem is where to put the sticker as i don't want to stick it on the paint or windshield. That's another Felix thing . Best,Chuck & Sheila

Good to see you made it home safe Chuck ! We had a long drive but it all went well. Thank You Joe & Amanda -Sarah and I had a great time looking for treasure. You guys out did yourselves. It was a real pleasure meeting some new faces that I only knew for their log-in names. Pot luck was excellent and the weather couldn't have been better. Here are some shots I took today and we did come across some real live Somali Pirates. They were a scurvey bunch of bloakes ! Thanks again and we will look forward to next years hunt.
I'll send the pirates in another post so it not so long !Rick & Sarah

Joe and Amanda's Alder lake Event
Well, all I can say is the same, Wow, What A Blast !!!
Can't say I have Ever been to a FGNW or NWCBC that was this planned out and this nice.
Its going to be hard to out do this one for sure..
Sorry we left early, first time out for our three puppies and our Sons 150 lb Great Dane puppy. It was a hand full for sure.
Out boat was FULL FULL FULL and I was not able to get that much weight up on plane, so we just putted around.
Started out with a half tank of fuel (9 gallon I think) and we still had a quarter of a tank when we loaded the boat for the home trip.
Thank you Joe and Amanda for the best FGNW and NWCBC event, Ever !!!!
I think the club needs to cover your out of pocket expense at least....
This is were we need to sell the raffle tickets to cover things like this.Helmar Joe Johanesen

Absolutely amazing!!!
I have only been to a couple of events, other than opening day and slough run, but this will be an event we will never forget!! Michele and I had a blast even though we officially make terrible pyrates (we only found 4 of 6 clues) but we had fun none the less... Joe and Amanda you guys are some of the best event hosts ever, and I have to agree with everyone else, I have no idea how you can ever expect to top this event next year.
This was by far the best event to debut our new Chris Craft, which ran excellent and is everything we could have wanted in boat. As I get some spare time from work she should be looking even better for the Columbia River Island cruise on the 11th...
On a side note, special thanks to Chuck & sheila and Rick and Sarah for allowing us to join their caravan, the old trailer did just fine but it was a real comfort to know we had some support if heaven forbid we needed it, THANKS!!

Thank you Joe, Amanda, and your whole family that helped put on this event. We had a blast and got to see one of the most beautiful lakes in the state! The Coast Guard inspections at the morning launch was a really cool addition. I even passed and got a sticker! Again, thank you so much for a wonderful event!BRIAN FRANCHINI

Fantastic!!
Joe and Amanda, Thank you for a great event. It was the perfect outing for the Rumpas in Progress. We had a great time on the lake, went through the Coast Guard inspection, and didn't get a ticket!! Look forward to bringing Rumpas to other events. Steve and DianeAttached Filessteve franchini

We want to thank everyone for coming and making this event just what we were hoping for. After so much work it's nice to see that everyone had fun. We want to express a very big THANK YOU to our USCGA volunteers Kathy and Skip Mason who were more than generous with their time. They have even volunteered to provide us with safety training for future events. Also we want to thank our family for devoting their time to our crazy ideas and doing it with a smile! A nice big thanks to Jack and Kathie Dando for those world class ribs and once again reserving the day use area for everyone!
