As everyone's been saying, Joe and Amanda did it again--putting on a fantastic event, at a beautiful lake with perfect weather...and of course the wonderful potluck.
Several new faces and different boats...a great turnout!
Joe and Amanda made a great 'theme' cake, came up with terrific treasure-hunt booty including a Northwest Classic Boat Club bumper sticker for everyone who completed the hunt, and once again had a creative treasure-hunt map and clues.
Alder Lake Park is one of the nicest facilities we've seen, with moorage for all of our boats. And it's great, of course, to be boating with Mt. Rainier looming in the immediate background.
