I finally got around to replacing my stbd side dashboard on the Sylvan. Where the speedo was mounted I was going to put the factory Bearcat tach. No way as the steering was in the way. One of the tachs I bought had the chrome cup so the tach when on top the dash. I had been using my Garmin 205 for the speedo but wanted something more permanent. My Eagle 6100 was rather dated (25+ years) so I bought the Cuda 350. Smaller than the 6100 it certainly packs a lot more features. For the first time I've been able to see fish on the sonar and caught them! I have a speedo, depth, water temp, altitude and a GPS that's going take me awhile to figure out. So far I'm pleased with this and it's very reasonably priced.
