No word from Dave for quite awhile. If he's moved somewhere else in the Portland area, hopefully he's okay and still planning to restore the project boat. A lot of times, folks with dormant projects get discouraged and seem to disappear for a period of time...until one day they get re-energized on the project--and presto, they're back in the game, so to speak.
Maybe that'll be the case with Dave...?
