Tacoma event

I am planning on going to this event: If we take out the Kids. do we have jackets for them.? Most of mine are adults..
Is the Clock-claw still in the area. ?
Where will we be meeting at what time. ?
Where is the lunch stoped planed,
Is is best to bring lunch or is a dinner near by

At this point other functions have been accepted by Friendship Adventures for these dates. If we wish to offer this opportunity to them in the future it will be necessary to firm up our schedule several months before the actual event.
