Just got this reminded from Clint about the LaConner Classic Car and Boat show in a few weeks...last year was fun and it gave us a good opportunity to introduce more people to our hobby/obsession (think resale opportunities ;-)...and to sit around and just talk boat with others who suffer from the malady...
all states of progress/repair are welcomed and encouraged...

The LaConner show will be coming a week from next Saturday on the 14 of Aug. I hope many of you will attend. I have attached a map. We have more and better parking this year. We should have a good showing of Skagits this year as this is Laconners boat and there has been resurgence of these old boats. All makes of boats are welcome. Want to have all boats parked by 10:00. Pay and register the day of the event. Cost is $15.00 and you can have multiple boats for $15.00. It would be helpful if you can send man e-mail to me (cstrobe7@msn.com) if you are coming so I can get some idea about the number of boats attending. This show is not put on by any club. It is a Laconner event. All clubs are welcome. Clint
