    Hey Tim,

It would be great to see some more progress photos, on the 31?

Yes, Tim, it would be nice to see some photos as we have not seen any in a very long time.

      Plexiglas

I've been working on cutting and fitting the cabin plexiglas. Did the stbd sliders today. I'll shoot some pics and post them tomorrow. Not too exciting, except knowing there is one more hole in the boat plugged.

I cut the first window out of a 4 X 8 sheet and then concluded I needed to make patterns of all the glass and tape them on the sheet so as to make sure I had enough. Turned out I had to move the pieces around to get all the glass out of one sheet. So far so good. Rough cut the piece out with a sabre saw and then do the final trim cut on the table saw. Even cut curves on the table saw!

Working on the slider tracks has been tedious. Tiny little screws to hold the stainless tracks in place. Thinking I may have to dimple the holes so there is room for the fastner head.

Been frozen out in the varnishing work as of the last week or so. Dropped a piece of trim on the mahog companionway step and put a ding in it! Probably won't be the last ding.

      pictures and more later,

      McSkagit
