Anybody traveling South?

Hi folks - I need to pick up a 35 HP outboard on Vashon Island, and I'm wondering if anyone would be interested / able to pick this baby up for me. Don't need it right away, but I do need to get it picked up from the seller. I live in Redding CA less than 2 miles off of I-5. Anybody going to be headed this way - I'd be happy to buy you lunch and or fuel.

Enabling the habit

Need to seal a couple deals myself but should be able to roll over and secure it for you.
The roundtrip Ferry ride does cost a little but the island is only so big so no more than 10 minutes once on it.
Not many other reasons to go over there.........I`m expecting you to be looking at a Golden Jubilee.......
I had one I sold before falling in love with and now have the
14`Fleetform it would have looked best on.....doh.
Anyways ,I should be able to land it and or store it for you,with my Father -in=law also doing runs to Arizona monthly I expect to send it along in his Coach.
Need a Speedi Six? comes with a spare block/lower and a few totes of NOS and used parts.
I`ll e-mail when I`m free to go fetch.....

That's a generous offer. I need to get money to the guy before he thinks I'm not going to follow through. Do you have a time window when you could possibly do this? I also have discussed with Chuck C. Possibility that he can pickl it up too. I'm trying to get this motor secured, but trying to avoid it being a big hassle on anyone. Plaease let me know.

Hey Bruce,
My father -in-law left already for Arizona so we missed the first bus.
I`m scrambling to cover my truck tabs this week,so I`m "unable to enable" at this time......I can at least store it on a stand if it helps.
