Craigslist and winter trips in the countryside are your best bet for old boats. It has to be winter because spring/summer time has too many leaves on bushes and trees covering up their secrets...

You know, I do know of a old hot rod type salvage yard up in Washington just north of Vancouver but I don't know of any older boat salvage yards..

The problem with most of this older stuff, it went to the chopper, Or is still laying around buried under black berry piles. Some times, they are hard to spot too.
Most of the hardware pits really bad up in the Northwest.
I know Perko seems to have made a few older items that look the period.
Most of the folks take the stuff off and send it in to have it filled and chromed.

Ebay is a good line for lots of the hard to find stuff.

You just never know were this stuff is going to show up.
Skagits and Bell boys have made it all the way to Australia too.

Here is what I mean by hard to spot....Some of these old girls are really hidden.

Sure, why not and ask them for a couple pics of the item to be sure its the quality you want. I haven't been there but looks to have a ton of stuff. I saved the link thinking one day I might need a part for the SeaFair I can't find on forums?
