Club Meeting Poll, Pick a date please. Open to all members

I just moved the poll to the Main Forum as so everyone can see it.
I will also make a sticky out of it as so it stays on top.

This poll is for the September Annual Club Meeting.
Pick a day, pick Saturday the 28th or Sunday the 29th.
We would like to know who is coming because of the Pizza that we will have to order.

Who is going to show up for the meeting ??? If we don't get a fair amount of people showing up, the meeting is pointless, I will postpone it to November and try again.

If I call John Nelson, pretty sure he will show up.

That is 4 confirmed.....I would think we need at least 12 people that might be interested enough to step up to the plate and take the coordinator position for different areas.
If not, its a long way for some of us for pizza.
If I am to see my friends, it would be nice to have a Bunch of you show up.

I talked to Marty Loken today, He was not available for Sunday, could have made the Saturday meeting.
Once I get John Nelson to call me back, I will know if he can make it or not...

Helmar, since response is so low, why not see how many would actually show up if the meeting is on Saturday, 9/28? Maybe some people who did not vote would decide to come.

You might try to get a preliminary reading on who might attend at some trial date in November. Better avoid Friday, Nov. 29, when Washington plays Washington State.

Declan and I will be staying in Lynnwood Saturday night, then grandma is available to watch Declan for Sunday (Michele got called to work a shift Sunday). SO I WILL BE THERE!

Clint, I am not available to carpool as I am planning to meet with family in Puyallup to pick up some baby stuff for grandma's house...

Joe, I guess I am the eighth confirmed attendee. I know Dave (DMCI) had commented about coming in one of the other threads but I am not sure if that was just for Saturday or Sunday as well...

I am going to cancel the meeting in September and move it to November.
We are not ready.
The normal Event Planning Meeting is done in November. More details in the Members Forum.
I propose we do this on the 16th or 17th.

If anyone wants to discuss this, I can start a new thread.

Yes, got the Calendar working so go to the main page and look for "Events", move up to November and click on that meeting date of the 16th..
Its improved over the old Planning Calendar of events..

So, that is what that one is, Calendar for Planing Events.

Once the Website is rebuilt again (it broke due to its age I was told) I will have a Events page that the world wide web will be able to see without going to the Forum..

Helmar, We used rotten bloody beef. They were a kick in the pants. All we used was a stick off a tree, about seven feet of line and a baited hook. If you happened to slip and ended up in the creak you became there food source. Those little fish are evil. They even eat other Pirahna.
