  • Where do you mount your numbers?

    I would like to see where you all mount your license numbers on the hulls of your boats. I have mine way up front but was think I might move them further aft. Do you have existing photos so I could take a look?

    Bob, mine are mounted up front like yours. Most everyone mounts them up front. But I have seen a few mounted a little further aft, and as far back as the middle.

        Bob,it's been awhile since I plied the waters of Lake Ontario,lived in Sackets Habor,NY outside of Watertown, so cannot comment on location of your registration letters / numbers but in the WA state boaters guide,page 28 states....numbers must be painted, decaled, or otherwise affixed to the forward half of each side of the vessel, placed to be clearly visible......
