I don't want to continue to hijack a thread, so I'll start a new one. Greg, If you still have the same computer (and hard drive) and haven't written too much to it since Susie cleaned it off, most of your pictures might still be there. I don't know how apple handles it, but when you delete a file in windows it doesn't actually get deleted. It gets removed from the directory and the sectors it uses can be re-used. Deleted files can remain intact for a long time if the hard drive isn't too full. It's not too difficult to get them back. It might not be something you would want to do yourself, but I could help you if you think they're still there.
