greetings ,,,looking at new e tec outboards........let me know what would work on a 20 express 90 hp or a bigger 115hp e tec thanks for any info

I bet you could get buy with a 90. I have the 140 Suzuki on my 404 and it delivers gobs of power on demand. It weighs less than the 115, so other than being overpowered it made sense.

Something to think about: putting a 90 on there will power the boat well enough I would think, but leaves very little wiggle room and doesn't allow you to power something else down the road should you decide to get something heavier.
