Cypress Island

Congratulations to everyone who went on the around Fidalago trip. Everyone was there to support all of us. Helping Brusce when he had trouble, getting through the fog together, and getting Gordon home and through Deception Pass. Cudos to the group. That is what our club boating should be about. What a difference a day makes. Went fishing off Cypress island today. No fog, wonderful smooth water, and no fish. I actually got my line wet. The water was so nice that I made it to Cypress from LaConner in 45 minutes. I did speed in the Swinomish channel. Now it will be time to get the boats ready for the LaConner show. Clint

Clint, It was a great day seeing everybody. It also was nice to stop at Bowman Bay and to rest and have lunch after going thru the fog and riptides and swells. See you in 2 weeks at the LaConner car & boat show on the 15th. Chuck
