OT Help Needed

I have some old '60z 8mm drag racing films that have already been put on DVD, about 18 min. worth. I would like to send the DVD to someone and have old '60z hot rod music applied to the DVD AND THAN have it put on U-Tube or? so I have a link to post and show others what racing was like in my local area in the '60z. Anyone smart enough to do this as I am not? If this works I also have a bunch of old hydro racing and Slew races that we could do the same with. Can pay you for your help. Thanks

Once it's burned to a DVD that's it you can't add to that segment anymore...on certain types of DVD's you can add additional material to the DVD itself but can't edit the footage already there...

The material on a DVD normally can't be copied and even if it could re-compressing to the u-tube format would basically render it as garbage...

If you have the original footage in some other electronic form then what you want could be done...
