Tie Down Cleat

Dear Gang,
Would anyone happen to have one of these cleats? I have a broken one on my Skagit 20 and would love to find a good one to replace it. I have attached an image of the cleat. I believe these were used on many other boats as well.

Thanks for the reply. I would be happy to trade something. I'm not sure what your looking for, but I was digging through my boat stuff the other day and ran ascross a manual I forgot I had. It is a factory mercury manual part number 90-25500. It is in like new condition, and retails for about 60 to 70 dollars new.
I own no Merc motors anymore, so it's doing me no good. It covers mercs from 1965 and older. Would you like it?

Mike, I'd love to have that manual, I recently acquired a '60 700 dockbuster that will be my next project, along with a '56 Wizard Super 10 (made by Merc) I'll swap ya and pay postage for both items, how does that sound?
