Looks really similar to a Speedliner. There was one for sale at the Whidbey Island Estate sale last month for $800. There were quite a few manufacturers that made boats of this style, as well as home built versions. The Speltz books (volume IV) has tons of pictures of them.BRIAN FRANCHINI

Here's a 1956 Speedliner ad from the Boat Builder's Handbook. You could buy some of them in a kit. I saw a near perfect Speedliner Torpedo last Wednesday. It was completely original with only a slight wrinkle in the old varnish on the deck.
