I grew up in NJ down at the shore (Mantoloking). I was lucky enough to share a 1960 Glasspar G3 with a friend in the 60s when I was young. We sure had fun running around Barnegat Bay in such a cool boat. We were only limited by how much gas we could afford.
A couple of years ago I found this beautiful G3 in Southern Cal and went down to bring my dream of many years home. We have really enjoyed it. Unfortunately We are moving off of our lakefront property on Flathead Lake, Montana.
We could still enjoy day tripping to many of the beautiful lakes in this area but it is not the same as having it on a lift in the front yard.
