Howdy all,
My name is Mark and I recently bought my first boat. She is a Dorsett Catalina, listed as a 1959, but I think she is a bit younger than that. The boat is in OK shape (for a fixer-upper) but the trailer is trash, so... I happend to find a second Dorsett Catalina (a 1960) that had a few cool parts on her and was sitting on a newer (1969) trailer! The second boat is a real basket case, so I'm planning to put the good boat on the good trailer. Also found a good running 1959 Mercury "Super Thunderbolt" to power the thing. Anyway, I'm looking forward to fixing up "Barnacle Betty" and would appreciate any help/advice.
