I'd like to join your club, but your online application is not working. I enter all the information in and then it all erases after I press 'continue'. Also, the link to the 'print out application' is broken. Can anyone help me? My email is - EDIT -.

It appears that the link to the printable application is misdirected back to the online form, I'll let our volunteer know so we can get it fixed.
The online form is working as it should though, I just successfully completed a test application and it worked fine, right up through the Paypal payment. This may be an issue with your browser settings.
I'll send you an email with the information we need to process your membership.
Also, I took the liberty of removing your email address from your post, posting your email address in a public forum is a sure way to see your inbox flooded with spam.
