New guy from WI

I came across a link to this joint over on the fiberglassics merc forum. I have a thompson 17'er lapstrake boat that I am going to restore this winter. It has a merc 900 hanging off the transom.

I have no history with any sort of boat repair, so this will be interesting.

Looking forward to getting to this project, looks like a friendly site to hang out. I think Ill stay for awhile.

The boat is buried in my shed right now while I re-drywall my garage. Man, what a blast!
