Hello to all. I have been snooping frequently in this website for months and I guess I should have the courtesy to Introduce myself and my project boat. About 6 years ago I picked up a fairly early 17 ft Uniflite Cabin Cruser ( pink - or should I say "coral" and white) needing the usual restoration- transom, stringers, floor, windshield etc. The boat was purchased in Washington and imported into B.C. several years prior. Slowly it is finally coming around. I have 2 1958 longshaft 35 HP Evinrudes for propulsion as I have always liked dual engines and the extra reliability a second engine can offer. The engines are being refurbished/rebuilt now and hopefully all will be ready for launching this spring.
