To upload your Profile photo (image that others see when they check your public profile) or your Avatar (image that appears in your messages when you post in the forums) do the following: (the instructions below assume that the image you want to use is on your computer rather than on a server somewhere else)
Profile photo:
1) Click on "User CP" in the upper left of the forum window, this will take you to your user control panel.
2) On the left side of the window, click on "edit profile picture". In the window that opens, click on the "browse" button. In the browsing window that opens, find and select the image you want (the size limit for this image is 100 x 100 pixels or 64kb, whichever is smaller) and click on "open". Now click on "save changes" below. That's it. Now when people check out your profile they will see this image.
Message Avatar:
1) Go to the control panel, click on "edit avatar" on the left.
2) Just like the profile photo, click on "browse", find and select your image, click "open", and click "save changes". The size limit for this image is 80 x 80 pixels or 19.5 kb, whichever is smaller. Now when you post in the forums this image will appear in your message.
Hope this is helpful,
Tim
