Dorsett San Juan Restoration

Well folks, I've finally started to tear my San Juan apart. I'm taking my time here and taking lots of pictures and also making templates before I cut things out. Most of the plywood is rotten near the hull, so i'm pulling it all out and I'll be rebuilding the transom and stringers. Some of the cabin trim I can reuse. The topside gel coat has lots of little craters which I gather is from aerated gel coat. All the chrome bits are really pitted. The hatch cover is missing.

Not sure of the year but looks to be a 1960 any other opinions are welcome.

Taking pictures every inch of the way, you can go back and no guessing putting here back together.
