Homelite upgrade ?

I have had to work on some Honda carburetors lately, grind the nub off the low speed mixture screws so I could get them out to clean the passages. Great fun They use a billet with labyrinth seal groves cut in them for the accelerator pump. About a third of the homelite problems are around dried out plungers. It might be worth a try to make a set of solid plungers to fit a Tillotson.
