Though I'm just getting into the Uniflite world, I'm certain he will be missed.
    Respect for sure.

40 years ago, I was in sea scouts, ship 21 (the Maryanne) in Bellingham.
If I recall, Art was responable for keeping Maryanne afloat?
He had the Uniflite employees install a new engine, pumps and so on.
She would have sunk without Uniflite, and Art's support, thats for sure.

      He will be missed.

Sad day indeed ! He was a great man and he was always willing to talk boats ! He loved to tell his stories and he was a true pioneer for classic Fiberglass boats . Heres a couple photo's of Art signing Burgee's for me ( That's your Burgee Marty ) , and coming down to the Maritime museum to see my Skagit . I'll miss you Art and all your stories !
